Brutal&Beautiful Wellness Co. was born from the tension between pain and purpose.

As a former single mom who battled survival mode, self doubt, and financial strain, I know what it's like to feel stuck in cycles of brokenness. but I also know the power of healing, surrendering to god, and building a life on solid ground.

I created Brutal & Beautiful as a space where women a one home to themselves. A space that honors the brutal parts of our stories-trauma, setbacks, identity loss-while body pursuing the beautiful life we were created for: healed, confident, rooted in faith, and financially secure.

through resources like healing journals, life insurance education, wellness products, and honest conversations, we walk with women through four phases:

Reflect, Release, Reset, and Redemption. it's not just about skincare or savings. its about becoming whole.
